Shipping
By processing your payment and completing an order with Luxxis, you accept the following terms and conditions:
• Orders placed before 12pm AEST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be shipped that day
• Orders placed after 12pm AEST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be shipped the following business day
• Orders placed after 12pm AEST on a Friday or over a weekend, will be shipped on Monday morning
We currently post within Australia only and charge a flat rate of $18.00 for all deliveries.
Orders are shipped using Australia Post Large Satchel with Tracking Number and the estimated delivery time is 3 - 4 business days, dependent on third party's delivery schedules. In most cases, customer in metro areas will receive their package two days the day after it is shipped, but regional areas can take up to four working days.

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and our website contains detailed size charts for your reference.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refund or credit for change of mind or purchasing wrong sizes. Please ensure you use the sizing guide and measure foot.
